I didn't feel pumped up after reading Scot's post but I did feel more empowered.

Unfortunately, this will have to be disclosed to future tenants and upon that the tenants will feel empowered to negotiate for lower rent.

I would challenge you to reframe that statement in a way that empowers you rather than limits you.

@Shiloh LundahlI get what the OP is trying to get at -- parents are becoming more empowered in their choices but at the root of those choices is finding the best schools for their kids and the family, what works the best and what schools are most aligned with their family's values.

I just wanted to share a small moment that resulted in a more empowered and happy tenant.I have a rental property in Saint Paul MN and I use a property manager for it.

Once you are in control of these things, you'll be much more empowered to prioritize working with people with particular character traits rather than specific levels of experience.
