Hey guys, I’m newer around the Conroe area and I’m looking to connect with fellow real estate individuals, Contractors, investors, etc.I’ve been an electrician for 10 years mostly in the commercial space, I’ve doubled in general contracting and project management in Utah, but have moved down here in search of better opportunities.

Granted, once I know you as an individual are tied to a transaction, then I can see what you have done in the past and any future transactions.

But I’m cool with what I have and now a happy wife, so I’ll stop buying rentals and stay away from Zillow. lol  Most of us want a life partner, but individual wants, fears, and desires don't always allow for this. seems like you found what works for you and your wife, which is great.  

So many intellegent and supportive individuals on here, you will get out what you put in.

I also hope to continue to grow my network and meet other like minded individuals and mentors to help advance my investing business.Cheers!

@Victor Yang When gifting a house, the FMV at the time of the gift counts toward your lifetime gift exemption (currently $13.92M per individual in 2025).

have looked into Batchleads as well but quality of data looks comparable  Check out traceestate.com $0.08 per individual and $0.15 per LLC.

Do any of the tenants have Dogs (Breed restrictions are individual to each company).These may not prevent you from getting insurance but they may limit the number of companies willing to insure it.
