If I asked you donate $1000 to a favorite charity for these 2 words to never be rejected by seller ever again, which you pay it?

On the flip side my property manager used to work in a Class A park and they did do nation wide checks. 

I want to be able to donate to any charity and help others make a significant impact on society.

What I want to know is should I 1 Donate it to the fire departmen for training and let them burn it down for training (take the tax write off) and put a new trailor there2 Just tear it down and put something else there 3 Rehab it, it will need to be gutted and a new roofMy second question is, The house Im renting is owned by a military guy.

Here in the Washington, DC area we have several non-profit stores that re-sell donated construction materials and finish materials.

Does it have to be a local lender or do national ones work fine, as well?

We will have a donation box for non-perishable food items, and will be donating to Feeding Tampa Bay.
