Hopefully we can work a transaction in the not so distant future

I dont fit the bill you described exactly but back when we started in REI, my wife and I had full time jobs and a house with a mortgage as well as plans for kids in the not too distant future.

I live at home with my parents and would like to be moving out in the not so distant future, but I do enjoy my parents and the ability to save around 50% of my income every month. 

A promise of monies that "should ultimately be collectible" with enough time and effort, from a distant party who is "technically legally resposible" for the debt, is a far cry from actual money missing from my pocket today because I trusted that someone other than the tenant I screened would come up with the rent money.  

A good PM can help with the buying decision in a distant market.

Now I don't believe that it will follow the same exact path as Bushwick did, but I do see some growth happening in the not too distant future.  

Have you thought about investing in any better neighborhoods in the near or distant future?

Hello Everyone I am a new investor in the state of Rhode Island I am going to purchase a house in the not too distant future and will continue to invest aggressively in the years to come.

In the not too distant future, I'd like to purchase another property, and I'm looking for suggestions on areas.  

FYI: Las Vegas is far surpassing Memphis and anywhere in TN in the distant future.
