Save your money on the listing and pay a flat-fee listing agent to put it in MLS (WITH PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS AND A GOOD AND ACCURATE DESCRIPTION) and then pay 3% to the agent who brings you a buyer.

Notice is required along with the description of “just cause”.

A property profile is a physical description of the properties you want to buy.

It will show up when a word you search for is in the listing description either in the Public and/or Extended remarks. 

This will help if they use this term in the listing description.

I agree with Wayne, legal descriptions do not include descriptions of improvements, title is to the land.

The clients we book ourselves are looking rest and discretion (some are recuperating out patients from nearby hospitals) and all of this is clearly stated in our policy and description with Evolve including an "age requirement" to book with us.
