When you ask a simple, direct, human questions of "hows it going", it's definatively disarming. 

There are a lot of properties with illegal/grey aspects to them.

It gives me an excuse to inspect my rentals every 3 months.How do you even define a hoarders clause in a lease?   

As of now my network of connections with agents and investors is very small, and I am looking to expand my opportunities as much as possible so I do need a bit of work when it comes to this aspect. 

However, there’s one aspect of the website that’s raising a bit of concern for me.I live in Santa Barbara, CA, and from my experience, the median home price here is generally at least $1.5 million, and in most cases, I rarely see anything priced under $1 million.

My hypothesis is that a Venn diagram of high-sophistication principals and normal properties (however defined) would encompass 20-30% of SFR transactions.

I am wanting to connect or shadow with interior designers, decorators, or even project managers, just so I can get my foot in the door and understand all aspects of a construction process. 

I don't know but I do not think you would be able to tell if he was good or not since you are so wildly confused by every other aspect of this business.
