So before I transfer ownership back and start a seasoning period, I thought I would ask if there were any solutions I am not finding.

@Fumi Maher, I'm not from Austin but I will give you the advice I give those here in Utah (most of which should transfer just fine) Renting by the bedroom seems to bring in the best cashflow.

They probably have it setup to automatically transfer instead of shutoff to protect you when the tenant doesn't pay the bill.

There are plenty of entry roles from cold calling, scrubbing data and find deals for investors, leasing assistant, work on construction sites, office admin, project coordinator, Title assistant, RE photographer, transaction coordinator.. on and on. 

They do minimal at best verification of the data the applicant provides.

We’re working in a smaller market like Cornelia, GA, where comparable sales data can be limited, and want to make sure we present a strong case to lenders.
