This is mostly a book written by someone that was a real estate writer for the New York Post for a while, tried to become a flipper, became a broker, and has a bunch of cute little stories to tell you about Manhattan.

I've outsourced many things on those sites including graphics, scripts, and programming.

It may sound a little like over preparing and maybe the bank even thought it was kind of "cute" but I learned A LOT writing my plan down and making it make sense.

A basic static site with ordinary pages like home, about us, contact us, etc should be less than $1,000 and that includes some pretty nice graphic design.
