A US real estate crash is still small potatoes compared to the currency instability in much of the rest of the world. 

Flips, buy & hold, crypto?

When I did this myself, I only had 2-5 tenants near enough the currency exchange to take advantage of this. 

I'm a full time landlord now with three properties, and I've managed to accumulate $100K through short term rentals, long term tenants, and a bit of cryptocurrency on the side. 

Don't know when that became a thing in all businesses (crypto seems to have the leading kid coaches) but i'm curious if you have input on paying/learning and how you approached mentorship. 

Locally, we have India State Bank, Hong Kong Shanghai Banking Corp (HSBC) that depositor can have any currency he wants as long as it is cashable $. 

I currently trade/invest in different financial markets (stocks and cryptocurrency) & also have a business helping people become successful traders/investors.
