@Joseph Jones - Absolutely agree, nothing is mandatory, but how you present yourself in your business can often be the deal breaker. ie: Turn up looking like the trash-man, and you'll probably be treated accordingly, present yourself professionally, courteously and with empathy . .

They are moving a two weeks and this would be a second showing for thus applicant. we even tried to be courteous by asking the tenant what day/time would work best for them.

I would not give them 4 months, but some communication and a notice that pet fee will be enforced starting in a month would be courteous and may help smooth the transition.

We had them all over Palo Alto and Cupertino I think they built 40k of them in the 50s'  guy copied them up here in Oregon and called them Rummer's they are sold for a premium not real practical in Oreygun thoughAccount Closed knows this stuff   and is most help ful to fellow courteous BPers'  :)

We did not look for the cheapest contractors available and probably could have gotten some of the work done cheaper, but I feel like because we went with well regarded companies, the work was done quickly, the people were courteous, and they worked with us to maintain service in the house throughout the repairs since we were living there.7.
