The cool thing about DSCR loans, is that different lenders have significantly different rate spreads, so shopping it could be beneficial for you to save on rate and fees.

End product is cool though.

You will likely have common area lighting (interior and exterior), perhaps heating and cooling too.

@Christos Kappatos nope they can stay (or leave if they want).The reason that ~all kids are mostly cool with it is because they had to tour houses while pre-leasing too.It's a necessary part of this business.

I've had people at work get very angry before, Ill pack my stuff leave and discuss at a later time with them over phone and come back when they cool down.
