Going from Hawaii to another good place to learn how to fly (Alaska), I honestly think I am too ADHD to operate an aircraft safely :) The exact opposite in investing where I am totally fine with being very "risky".

As I have posted in the past, I am currently an active duty Aircraft Mechanic in the Air Force and have been for 11 years.

I guess you could look at it like this though.....what if tenant comes mid-lease and says they want out....they're not happy with X....noise from neighbor, # of pests in the house, aircraft noise, or whatever. 

I saw that you flew unmanned aircraft while in the Army....

I recently bought a single family home in Brentwood, CA (Contra Costa County).

For example I know of one doing stated income, no appraisal, 75% CLTV, and investment property (I think you get to pick 2 or 3 out of the 4, but you don't get all 4) but they only do Marin, Alameda, and parts of Contra Costa county.

After college I was introduced to high ticket sales and spent two years at selling private aircraft in the mid-sector market throughout Texas and Louisiana. 

I can do Gas/Diesel Engines, Turbine Engines, HVAC, Hydraulics, Air Compressors, light carts, Air Craft arresting systems… and more… I am currently a Program Manager on a 30Million contract on base and know how to manage programs, people, and money.
