I'm looking for a good place to get started and I have found a serious contender.

I have an actual rental house that I'm hoping to close on later this month, so this would be the contender.

The condition of the properties was less than ideal, many homeowners destroyed or pilfered the house before moving out...Not to mention we also had to contend with squatters.  

I just pulled some relevant aspects from the report but feel free to review the entire report.And now they have to contend with a pandemic that has caused the unemployment rate to skyrocket to 13.4%.

Ideally if you're buying a rental here (San Antonio, or Texas in general) and you also have to contend with high income taxes in your state of residence, you want to be comfortably beating the one percent rule.

.- D contends that P does not own property because D intended for it to only be DF's.- D contends that P has no ownership interest in property.- P contends that they own a half interested, inherited through D's death.What do you all think?

More skim coating work but less joints to contend with, and most of the time joints are where you see if someone is a pro or amateur when it comes to wall finishes.

When you have stacked units you have to contend with noise complaints, water leaks, stairs for the upstairs tenant, less rent for the units, who uses the yard (side by side house a little yard typically), parking, etc.  

and San Bernadino seems like a contender.
