I worked with an agent who was okay but I became an agent myself because I became so interested in the industry and want to help other people build wealth and become investors themselves.

I've learned that it's extremely important to find balance in this industry as your passion for your business can impact your personal life greatly!

The is fear among the industry the EPA could come in and force you to shut the lagoon down.

@Chris Morris have ALWAYS seen bad "deals" from rookie wholesalers that really don't understand what they are doing to provide value to the industry.It's getting worse because the real estate market has recovered from the 2010 Crash, yet many are still using tactics & methods developed during this time.Everyone in the industry needs to go back and look at what was being done BEFORE 2010 and start using those methods, updating them with current technology.

So basically wholesaling is really not the wave to go because it's nearly getting banned and there are ppl in the industry who try to **** you up because I have know clue what I'm doing?

The seller setting the amount is illogical, and anti competitive because they set the amount under the threat of a group boycott if they offer too little. 

I am looking to connect with people in the industry who are proactive and looking for their next project.

And , since I had been working in an industry I really wasn’t passionate about, this was my chance to try an industry that I have had a passion for for the last 12 years or so.

In hindsight, they gave loans to people who were terrible tenants, who weren't going to change just because they now owned a house.In response to the Great Recession, higher lending criteria was forced on the industry by the government.

Other commercial and industrial is fine.
