In my mind, IRR seems to be the most relevant comparison, but I would love to hear other investor's thoughts. 

I look for companies whose sales are abysmal in comparison to their hyped share price.  

I will physically scan other properties similar to mine ( 2 bed/1bath) and I will compare my pricing to someone else for cross comparison.
