You just have to get back up and brush yourself off and keep moving forward.

Make sure there is good ventilation because anyone breathing the fumes in for a longer time will be subject to brain damage.Once you got all your safety gear, get a metal bucket you can pour the stripper in and a natural bristle brush.

You will be surprised at what you can accomplish just by picking up a paint brush or building a new set of steps.

Clean the areas that you can with TSP and a good stiff brush, then spray it on ...often two coats.

Did I ever say that the rent would be static?

I live in Oklahoma where the market has slowed down to nearly static, but certainly not suffered as much as the west coast, etc.Still I don't want to over-capitalize since I bought it for only $150K.
