I agree about the influence some bloggers have.  

A lot of wholesalers/Bloggers on BP promoting NWI as an investor's haven. 

Similar to the identity of everyone on here who wants to be a landlord/investor/blogger/etc.Don't want to be sitting  under a tree, reading books all day.

There are bp endorsed bloggers and self appointed experts teaching Californians not to invest in California if you can imagine that.

I am looking to invest in more and am wondering if there is any point in looking at off platform opportunities (several bloggers, podcast folks often have websites where opportunities are advertised).

Mike Zuber ( former BP blogger) does a daily financial news on his YouTube Channel One Rental at a Time everyday and it will help give you a realistic understanding of national trends.
