Unfortunately this will have the unintended effects of making it harder for tenants who have blemishes on their record to find quality housing.For me personally, the biggest change will be to not rent to anyone who is borderline to my criteria.

We do not accept any tenant that has ever been evicted or has a rent blemish on their credit report.  

Paint should be the thing that can hide some of the blemishes, not create more.

They were great, but when they moved out, I noticed that they had tried to fix blemishes on the walls by painting it themselves.
