Also, that idea might have been inspired by the recent jump in American purchases but we know that that was temporary in order to take advantage of the Golden Visa before it is phased out.I doubt even more that anything like this will make its way to Portugal anytime soon.

If you have deep pockets, I think Austin will eventually reward you, but if you are a newbie in real estate looking to cash flow positive day one or shortly thereafter, Austin is probably not your best bet in TEXAS.
