My Neighbor Claims Part of My Land, Which I Have Owned For Decades, Belongs to Him.

We're not sure if moving out of state would be long term or if we would return after a year.

How long do I have to keep their belongings in storage if at all?  

If I told you I’d pay you $100 month if you moved yourself and all your belongings out of your home for 2 months.

Currently, I'm only offered 27 hours of work per week at an average/below-average pay rate, which isn't nearly enough to save for a down payment or qualify for a loan.I've tried selling belongings to generate extra income, but it's not sustainable in the long run.

One thing I don't understand is the late fee is belong to landlord and PM take portion of it as service fee.

I feel super confident that there will be long term rent growth, even relative to inflation, but I feel less confident predicting it to the year.

I’d look at it another way figure out where you want to live and than figure out if house hacking is a way to afford that area and if you have a long term plan to afford that place with at most one roommate, you will find it hard to break even much less make money house hacking anywhere in the region so may as well buy in a place you want to be long term, if your not ready to commit at least medium term, rent.
