Rental rates are pretty flat in the Orlando area, and vacancy has expanded and you'll see rates in the 7-10% range, but it just depends on what source you get it from. 

I'm no Nostradamus but if I had to place a bet I'd bet on rates holding flat until/unless it was obvious there was significant thawing in the residential housing market, and I don't think that's coming any time soon until wages come closer to catching up with prices.

Most troublesome is that most state's SOLs, if not all, are based on caselaw rather than baked into the state code so it's not a simple Google search to find out.

Other brokerages offer 100% commission for a flat fee and might offer some small broad mass training, but you'll have your time.
