Yes for sure, it will require some backbone and compassion to navigate that, but that's sometimes the name of the game.If it's (like he said) in great location and he's got a good deal on it, in hindsight he will be happy he did it.

It also might be worth to sketch out the structure/backbone of your website (sitemap) before you start building.

If you can't have a backbone in this industry, perhaps its not one for you.
