Hi folks, with Silicon Valley's push to try and automate traditional MFH property management, I'm curious if there's any providers you've heard of or tried that are also attacking the HOA/COA space as well? 

This application automates "back of the envelope" calculations, making it easier and faster for users to find and assess profitable real estate opportunities based on their specific investment criteria.

If you've found your way to this forum and stayed for a while, you are probably in the upper tiers in terms of hosting savvy and have therefore learned how to automate the process while giving excellent service.

Might be ways to integrate with some services.I'm a big fan of doing some of the workload manually at first, that way you know exactly what you want/need to automate.

No good answer.My automated Vrbo message asks for a DL and confirmation of number of guests plus any pets.

We have done well with showmojo integration into things, and I have been testing and refining automated e-mail/text in concert to tenant inquiries, kind of tying the various systems use and user instructions together via that automated conversational part. 

The only thing I would change is adding to their showing feature an automated lockbox.

I'd say that the closest thing to this we used was an automated system that allowed inbound callers to choose to be on our DNC list, or to be connected with one of us.

Also my PM handles this (not sure how automated) so it is easy from my perspective.
