As an owner I do understand the annoyance of this, especially if you were to back out of the deal and then having to deal with the issues of tenants worrying they'll be displaced, mismanaged upon sale, etc.

The reason your posts have been getting taken down is because for awhile there, back in September last year the forums were inundated with dozens of Pace students posting the exact same thing word for word and it was clearly self-promotional (and super annoying).

The reason is the rent-to-price ratio is good so you can cash flow, and most of the West side doesn’t have a Point of sale inspection which is really annoying.
