BP is so large now, unfortunately, there are a lot of "professionals" advertising their services here but don't know the REI industry.So, to protect yourself in the future, I'd ensure at least a few other REIs have worked with the professional you choose to hire and have received enough value from them to refer their services.You can always ask the professional for references as well and they should have no problem providing a few if they are good at what they do.Just my 2 cents.

I'm starting to notice that more investors (specifically Class C areas where one of my Indianapolis rentals is located) will advertise that "appliances and AC unit to be installed upon move in" for their rental or flip for the tenant or buyer.

The individual can verify that it is a licensed health care provider, but cannot easily determine if that health care provider is one of the many that advertise on the internet for ESA authorizations for a fee.I personally think the biggest advantage of using petscreening.com as well as enforce AB468 is it discourages bogus ESA applicants from applying.

WE do have a lender who we refer to but we dont advertise or do what others do and have some sort of back end deal with the lender..
