If you control how they perform tasks, set their hours, or provide tools, they should likely be a W-2 employee, requiring you to withhold taxes and comply with payroll regulations.

I just set up my vrbo account and still some finer details about planning the communication, cleaning service, maintenance persons, etc…

With that said I'm curious as to what would be the best business set up (sole, LLC or Corporation).

I started a property management company in 2017 and am now managing almost 800 doors and 6 construction crews.If I could do it all over again, I would have spent a little more time setting up business systems prior to jumping in. 

My plan is to set up a structure to keep my 3 US properties paying taxes in the US.

My LLC in this project is set up as an S-corp.Thank you for listening and any color would be greatly appreciated. 

Also, I have heard about the benefits of having an LLC set up to manage rental properties but not sure if this is advisable at my stage (e.g., not a lot of properties to manage).

I think asset prices will continue to grow, areas where millennials can buy affordable real estate will be where I'm setting my sights on.
