@Jonathan Feliciano I don't own anything up in East Cleveland but just look it up on YouTube so you can get a good idea/feel of what the neighborhoods look like.

Hi everyone, i'm very new to wholesaling, watched a couple videos by Flipping Mastery TV on youtube and after some research, thought i'd do my first few offer calls.I was able to find 2 seller's agents who are interested but they don't want to sign a PSA with me until I have viewed the property in person.

Catherine id highly recommend spending a full day or two consuming youtube videos that specifically go into detail about this process, theres so much to teach and writing this whole thing out would literally be a whole book.

Something that I have experienced already, which you and many others will agree on is that is not as easy as most "gurus" and youtubers want to make it look like.

End of February we were back into the 70s, I remember because we shot a YouTube video outside.

Nowadays, we're all experts in everything, thanks to YouTube and Google.
