I am on the SouthEast side and Katy is West. 

It is likely that in most markets away from the west coast, they will see growth in population and increase in values.

It was sold at auction and Clark County Credit Union purchased it and built a credit union building onsite with a drive thru coffee building at the west end of the site.

Im only an "expert" in west coast FL but this price point is tough (here). 

I also call it the Wild, Wild West of homebuilding since it's the closest thing to lawless homebuilding out there.

We had our ash tree population decimated by the emerald ash borer beetle, which is an invasive species from China, but they are pretty hardy and survive -20F pretty well Pine beetle is working its way East from the west. 

Exactly at least out here on the west coast landlord unfreindly.. my criteria is 700 fico and never have to worry about evictions. 

U see adds all the time  GREAT CASH FLOW  well GREAT cash flow is a personal choice opinion someone in the mid west if they are not getting 1 % rule 2% rule its terrible..

That being said, I'm getting a lot of inquiries from unseasoned investors about the "flood" (pun intended) of new opportunities on Florida's West Coast.
