Small victory for me.  

This home was large and there was that "chance" and at first it was nerve racking knowing any "hidden" problem could be scary but as long as you do yout numbers and do the right thing you will come out victorious!

I would list and the race was on and the seller would win about 1 time out of 7, which was pretty good effort by the seller I thought and we would go to lunch and celebrate their victory after they closed.

Management is the key to victory in renting here.

If you set a precedent then you will be winning a victory for all the smaller owners as well.

Again, I agree with option 1, but I would be reluctant to call it a landslide victory because it really just depends on so many circumstances.

Being profitable and investing is more fun then celebrating a NFL victory.
