On that topic I completely agree with you Scott, @Mark Miles has done nothing but bad mouth the Pocono region for years now!

You can afford to pay a bit more if rates cool down.We need to also remember that BRRRR become a really hot topic in a low interest environment.

I would go a step further and say anyone thinking this topic through in good faith would not be so quick to dismiss the mismanagement for our forests the way politicians, media etc have.
