Have you been to the BP meetups here in Tokyo?

Robert, being from Tokyo, are your plans to invest there or here in the US?

Rentals are a hard think to find and run efficiently on the Olympic peninsula.

Remembering a large aquatic and leisure center in the town of my youth (Wave pool, water slide, olympic lap pool, etc.), I was curious how translatable the idea is in today's market.

There are some mixed sentiments regarding our presence there, but overall I think it's fantastic.I do have some investments in Japan, in the Tokyo area. 

In fact, I am starting a campaign to bring the 2030 Winter Olympics to Cedar City, Utah – just so I can rent out my house for two weeks without being required to report the income on my taxes!

For sure my parents and seeing them succeed building a company from scratch, playing competitive sports since I was a kid and making it to the Junior Olympics, overcoming a career ending injury before turning pro, great teachers and mentors, living in 3 different countries and traveling to over 50, meeting people from many different nationalities and backgrounds and take the time to hear their story and learnt from them, doing long distance endurance sports (half-Ironman and Ironman distance triathlon) qualifying for the World Champiomships, being open minded when meeting new people and ideas, never accepting that things are the way they are just because, etc. 

As a final thought, just a short list of some ways people I know in Tokyo are investing in the US - and this is just people I know! 

With the new stadiums and the looming Olympics...this market, to me, is for those with capital, and lots of it.I live in the LA area, however, I focus my attention on the Antelope Vally (Palmdale and Lancaster to be exact).
