Had no idea this was considered taboo by some.Anyone know of a national title company that will assist us?

I have no urge to tell people and tweet I am going to the bathroom or eating dinner with somebody etc.I think some times should be private and you need to disconnect.All of these social sites can become compulsive and unhealthy if over engaged.I use to post to 40 social networking sites at once but some are just people trying to sell porn or contact you with crap.I am interested in QUALITY of contacts and not just VOLUME of contacts.I have a twitter account but I don't use it at all.Might eventually just employ a local person to keep up with all of this stuff.

There is one site that I frequent that has spam all the time not just solicitations but porn spam,viagra and other drug spam and crap like that.

Have you noticed all the PMs on here posting the fear porn?

Pre-screening saves time money and the need to ever reject actual applicants.As a landlord you can never ask too many questions, there are no tenant/landlord questions that are taboo and you should be prying deep into a applicants personal life. 

It's a taboo in our society to talk about money and that is bad for business because it creates guilt leverage (like you experienced) and asymmetric information which always causes inequity. seems like you got to learn a bunch, and it only cost you a little money.

I won't be doing that again.I'm pretty sure the taboo subjects are money, politics... and bandit signs.I don't judge any of my actions ethical vs unethical, or moral vs immoral.

That's at an all-time low now, or at least since I started lurking back in 2017.I recently got hit with an avalanche of friend requests from people who think handymen find anything but fake jewelry and porn in teardowns.
