A few years ago I went through the perfect storm of losing my job and then needing surgery while not having health insurance.

Can you imagine if someone who was not qualified to teach medicine and surgery sold how to books with implications of making big bucks what would be the outcome?

I've been too lenient, she told me 4 months ago she had a brain tumor and had surgery.

That comes from my legal and economic understandings of predatory dealing, what functions and services of all kinds are priced at, how values are compared, be it doing a tax returns as a service, or repairing a car, doing brain surgery or facilitating a sale of real estate.

Unfortunately, it took WAAAY longer than expected for me to recover from surgery.

I mean no disrespect to any profession , but I don't go to a barber for brain surgery if you know what I mean. 

He indicated they use sealed/epoxied concrete in the kennel areas and a polymer/cement floor (applied as a liquid so there are no seams) in the surgery. 

Now if your income is declining from year to year you better have a good reason like having a baby or surgery or something major like that.

so it begins....i could foresee the future with this one right from the moment i stepped off the truck to see the house for the first time 2 months ago.the "tenants" have been dropping hints of "cancer, surgery, toddler issues, paychecks, etc" and finally didn't pay rent for the month of July.

1) I think my wife would bludgeon me with a dull object if I publicly talked about her wanting "cosmetic" surgery.
