Whether you like it or not this is actual currency and by the seconds of time valued in actual US dollars with US cash dispensing ATMs etc...It has been mostly an Asian deal so far...We can speculate if the new tech is fully adopted by Americans what that could mean for the future.

Once interest rates start to head South will switch from BDC's to mortgage REITs whose underlying loan assets (agency debt) will increase in value as interest rates fall and should also generate 20 to 30% yearly returns.

Would you be looking locally in South Florida? 

.: I looked at properties in those areas, as well as farther south in Lansford and Nesquehoning.

We have driven through Michigan City, Gary and South Bend. 

Hello All -My hub of properties is in Tampa but I do have some managed further South and my vendors are not as strong with less market presence in Fort Myers and Naples. 

All North DFW has the highest appreciation while South DFW will be giving you the better cash flow.If this is your first rodeo, then I would suggest to be close home if you are also planning to self-manage.Then the age of the properties and access to highways.

I am actually under contract for a three unit a bit further South-East from there, closer to the river.
