I read an article somewhere that Airbnb was going to negotiate with large Apartment complexes to allow the tenants to do short term rentals.

Then include an intro to your company, why you buy houses, services offered, why someone should work with you, etc.Other pagesThen make About, How It Works, Your Advantage, and Contact pages along with some blog posts that are relevant to your services offered.

I would start off listening to some of the bigger pockets videos on Youtube and then reading some of their articles and books. 

No one talks about it because they talk about the process, the asset, and the numbers (all relevant), but all you do is focus on the spreadsheet and the photos; you will miss the issue.
