Also, any damage they did not put in as a claim.Other things to ask:- any knob & tube wiring or Aluminum wiring- are they aware any mold, asbestos, or other  pollution issue- are there any underground tanks of any kind (active or inactive)- any issues with insects, animals, etc.Check to see if there would be any issues with rebuilding on that site (will you have to upgrade to code or will it not be allowed).
