So forget religion, it has nothing to do with FHA.Red flags galore here as to how good the information is that you have been given and the reasons behind the information given.

That covers gender, religion, race, etc.

We attended the same religious affiliation and had LOTS of discussions on religion and soon, real estate.

It's just people wanting to control other people and using religion to do so, even when those other people are value-add contributors to society.

As long as you're not denying the applicant based on gender, race, religion, etc. you can turn him down based on his behavior.

Same color, same religion, same race, same number of kids, etc.
