I use Quicken for home, but I love using Microsoft Excel for my rentals.I have a tab for each property.I keep up with my insurance policy, who the tenants are, Magistrate for evictions, trash pickup day for each property.I keep track of who has paid on what date.I will add up all my receipts and I can find things in an instance.It makes it very easy to get my tax info to my accountant at the end of the year.I can color things to make it easy to find also.Just my 2 cents.John

Jd, owning one rental property and being a middle manager at Microsoft can hardly be comparable! 

Now, here is my take on what could be happening just from reading your post:If you are making any type of E-Mail/Written communication with these people, you should do yourself a favor and run everything through Microsoft Word and use spellcheck. 

You can put the duplicate address in your robot.txt file to tell google/microsoft "do not follow."

@Mark Moore Which other software are you using - most of them integrate with Microsoft Word - I know for sure QuickBooks does.If you create a template in word - you can email directly from there.Gita Faust

The rest is just standard Microsoft Word; IE I'm an investor in your area if you ever want to sell your property just give me a call first I'd like to make you an offer on it.

I do own a little Microsoft stock and I truly wish that was material (ha!)

Microsoft Streets & Maps does the same but it will calculate the most efficient route from a specific starting point.
