I have looked on the Arizona real estate website and all I could find was the addendum, I would really appreciate if someone here already has that contract and is willing to share it with me that would be great.

These requirements are posted on the municipality websites and you can look them up or call the municipality to find out what's required.

I can send a million articles, but i encourage you to go to maricopa.gov in addition to the city websites where you will see all the development going on here at a micro level.

I keep finding conflicting information and the IRS website doesn't specifically mention using an RV as a STR.

I do direct booking through the Houfy website, taking credit card payment by Square.
