@Chad AhlversWe have gotten incredible benefit from a platform called Monday.comWe haven't integrated this platform with any accounting, or other parts of our processes, but if you actively manage the rehabs and construction, and even work orders, I think it can be tailored very nicely to help big time.It's a group out of Israel is my understanding. 

Basically, I'm an Aussie, living in Israel, interested in US real estate.I sort of got into RE by accident - I was looking for a job in Israel, using my background in financial analysis.

@Israel MarQuez Looking at your numbers, I'd up the vacancy to 8% as that gets you closer to putting away 1 month's rent per year (1/12 = 8.33%).
