Every county I’ve declared a homestead made it abundantly clear that it was no longer valid the day I moved out.

In suburb cook county it is a little different. 

I've already contacted the county planner and was told I'm not able to convert this garage to an ADU because of setback requirements.

Ours is Lucas County Housing (LMH, previously LMHA).

In davidson county most people book an STR to be close to downtown or at least close to somewhere cool as a secondary priority (like 5 points or 12 south for example).If you have an STR in white house it's going to need to make up for location.

I assume you mean that unemployment was 5.7% not 22.2% haha, but are you just talking Pittsburgh Metro, or Allegheny County?
