I will comment on what I liked and what were some of the “bumps in the road”.About me: I am an academic, I do nerdy things to make a living.

Not sure about rent bumps.   

Lots of folks doing whatever they can to bump their premium post up to get likes/attention, so their name gets the love on google search.

Was this some kind of strategy for bumping the previous bidder or just frustrated frenzy over what could have been a stellar deal?

These homes are being built knowing that they will be running down the highways over bumps / rough roads at 60-70 mph, they build them to handle that, they are built using on average 20% more lumber than a site built home... just saying.

At one point I noticed a fist sized hole in the wall at about ankle height.

If someone thinks they could have a smooth ride, they might jump onboard and perhaps put up with some bumps along the way, even if it makes them nervous. 

Bump… I am looking for similar product as well.
