Hire the plumbing trademens (either work for themselves or a plumbing shop), electricians, drywall/spacklers, flooring, painter, hvac, ktichen/bath, etc.

Simple stuff that an electrical company’s apprentice can knock out may be $40 / hour, while a master electrician may be 4x+ that, say for rewiring an electrical box or a 3 phase system for your Tesla.

For example, a tradesperson such as an electrician can have a W2 but is an hourly/wage worker.
