Basically, Congress does not want you to offset your W2 income (actually, any type of taxable income), for obvious reasons.

They sell it for 4x assessed value, and taxing authority uses your purchase price as new value.  

They're my best option to build credit under 18 through Authorized Users.

I plan to evict them however wanted to know if anyone knows of any landlord programs or resources to assist with repair costs, currently the housing authority will not pay for any repairs.

I messaged the tenant that I am going to complain to her case worker and to the housing authority if she doesn't cooperate.
