If you want investing to be your career, my advice would be to seek out a degree in a affiliate service industry.

I did a little digging and it appears they are affiliated with Elevated One Group (same programs)Basically, I get the loan and they do all the work.

It takes usually the totally non affiliated retail investor on here to set things straight.

Therefore, for a 3rd party to offer these services they generally have to find ways to provide affiliate services or generate additional revenues.

Look for other types of renters who aren't necessarily affiliated with hospitals or go just outside the neighborhoods immediately surrounding the hospitals and market it as a good option.

I then called and they went off on some tangent string of emails about my IDX being cancelled so clearly they have people that don't comprehend emails.

I DO NOT have an affiliation with a coaching program but have looked into them and I am quite unsure if they are ever truly worth it, or if my Pro membership here is truly all I would need to accomplish my goals.
