I've been reading more about subject to and here's what I've learned:-Good for sellers who are off market-Have low to no equity-Have a mortgage with a low interest rate (less than 5%)-Be absentee or out of state (vacant property, or have a tenant)The buyer would then take over the mortgage payments, and have the seller sign the deed over to the buyer.

I don't get the term "DSCR loan"   I mean all loans for 5+ units are based more on the property than the buyer.     

But it would be good if you understand how this is done just for your education etc.

So I don’t tend to use the appraisal on this property as an example of what is normal for my deals.

Feel free to dumb this down for me, I want to learn and have had this goal for a long time. 

I’ve heard this can have benefits, but I’m not sure where to start.If anyone has advice on how to proceed, I’d love to hear it!
