I point the camera at the door so I can see if the door is closed and who is coming in.4) $5 wall mounted big thermometer I use in the winter that is in view of the camera so I can see what the temp is inside 5) Series of signs I printed (Do Use the Toilet, Make Sure to Lock the Back Door, etc etc)All mobile and I can move from property to property :)

Now if try tailing the entity on deed "up-stream" come to find it's a meandering trail of breadcrumbs, come to find they themselves are debt loaded via notes on properties to other entity, that again is a meandering trail ending in WY entity behind a wall of ownership interest in such so never get peoples names.

By installing our own, we remove the wear and tear and damage the tenants do by moving W/Ds in and out and hooking them up wrong (which is common) and using cheap components that cause leaks and destroy floors and walls.
