Hi Bhavik, being in Vancouver as well we both know it's one of the most expensive markets in N America.

I've focused on less popular markets in middle America near hospitals, universities, and major employers that attract work-related travel.

I’ve read an article from fortune.com stating that renting is now cheaper than owning in Americas 50 largest metro areas.

It was Tony ( captain America) who uses that and  the fact that there were only 8 spots available as the sell factor on the 3 day with Jeremy. ) Like I said I learned alot from Jeremy but not enough to be sucessful.

And Middle America was sold a dream.

I asked him what else he did and he said he had been hired to go to central America and kidnap white collar criminals who stole from their business or partners.. they would grab em put them on a private plane and have the arrested once they landed in the USA..

It is one of the fastest growing counties in America.
