I wouldn’t be offered a Mortgage at $401 a month because the property is valued more so I will have to pay more monthly right due to its current valued after the forced rehab? 

I know this is not true because I've used IDI data since 2019 and it's the best on the market. 

Raise all $1.6 million at the outset, but call for the capital in stages.

We have a mixed use apartment/commercial property for sale where the owner would entertain seller financing.
