Not all communities thrive in this way.I do have a lot of additional questions but each time I type them up I answer them myself... :-)IRR still has my mind boggled.  

Locally, oil has been hit hard but other local economies are thriving.  

I thrive on the challenge to solve problems and discover creative solutions.

Athens, home of UGA, is not really a suburb of Atlanta, but a medium-sized thriving city in its own right.

While, much of the north side is thriving, it's still losing population as well due to a decrease in density.

So I am hopeful that the market is thriving when I am ready to sell!

Those of us that have lived through this before will likely survive, or even thrive, if and when that happens.
