The port of Houston on the Gulf of Mexico imports more goods than any other port in the United States.Texas legislation has provided a great economy for businesses to thrive.

I have friends who short-term/Airbnb and they are thriving with their investment - it was a bit of a house hack (rented 1/2 the house, lived in the basement lock-off) that they turned into a full-time rental, it's working extremely well. 

On the other hand, buy-and-hold rentals offer a more stable path, with a thriving rental market supported by population growth, job gains, and the affordability of townhomes and condos.

I'm not sure if i should be trying to outsource by business so early in the game but I believe that this would be the best way for my business to thrive and I can focus on just being a business owner and get into BOSS mode.

With booming industries, significant business investments, a thriving tourism sector, and new tax incentives, the region offers a unique combination of opportunities that are hard to find elsewhere.

I really appreciate all the advice and can see why this community thrives.

The market area is somewhat thriving but there has been a few houses not selling.

To your point, the assets within the community are truly what make it thrive.
